To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Index content you don't have rights to
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service to harm or harass others

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and index your content solely for providing the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
